Pets

I have three dogs named after Harry Potter characters: Hermione, a four-year-old French Bulldog; Ginny, a three-year-old Yorkshire Terrier; and Sprout, an eight-month-old Dachshund.

Time in Veterinary Medicine

I’ve worked in veterinary medicine for 14 years but have been an RVT for six years.

Hobbies & Interests

I enjoy spending time with my family; my parents, my sisters and their husbands, and their children.

Interesting Facts

I love Hallmark Movies, but not just Christmas stories. I watch their movies year-round.

Getting through Difficult Times in Veterinary Medicine

Whenever it’s really tiring, I remember how much these pets are loved by their owners, just like I love my dogs. I think, “how would I want my pet treated/cared for if they were in this situation?” And I try to treat my patients accordingly.
