Juliette Newcomb

Meet Juliette

Hello. My name is Juliette, and here are a few things about me.

Pets

I have a five 1/2-year-old Wheaten Terrier named Georgia, the sweetest girl who cannot get through life without an abundance of licking (thanks to great encouragement from my daughter, Claire!). I also have two cats – Mickey and Maggie – who are also both sweet and very entertaining. I live on a farm and have a variety of farm animals as well – a horse named Hand, a herd of cattle, and a small herd of goats.

Time in Veterinary Medicine

I started working in Veterinary Medicine in a small animal surgery practice in 2013 with Dr. Lamb and Dr. Newcomb. I took some time off to stay at home with my second child and returned to work with them last fall as the office manager. I thoroughly enjoy this field and have been exposed to different facets for a longer time, as I have been married to Brent (Dr. Newcomb) since 2000 when he was beginning his studies in veterinary medicine!

Hobbies & Interests

My degree is in music performance/worship ministry, and I am passionate about this! I serve as the worship pastor at our church, and I love working with people on our team and helping to encourage and teach them in the areas they are gifted in.

I love the mountains and spent most of my early life growing up in northwestern Montana, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. I love getting away to visit family and explore as often as I’m able.

What I Love about Veterinary Medicine

I love hearing from clients about what their pets mean to them and the stories they share. I am amazed at the bond people have with their pets and getting to be a part of the process to help provide healing for their pets.

Getting through Difficult Times in Veterinary Medicine

I spend a lot of time in prayer, in God’s Word, and with those I’m closest to!
